Suing my previous landlord in small claims court?

Should I tell the Democratic convention that I'm a crossdresser?

I had the good fortune of being chosen as a delegate to the next convention level process for the democratic presidential nomination (county/state legislative district level). The audio recordings were obtained with permission and clearly showed that a conspiracy had been implimented by these two women. Both women got right up on the stand and perjured themselves multiple times. The trial transcript and testimony from other witnesses, proves this without a doubt. The audio recordings just further made the case of fraud against the two women. By their own testimony according to court spectators, it was more than obvious that they were lying. The Judge just ignored the negative DNA test results, the pro defendant report from the Court appointed psychologist clearing the young man from being capable of such a thing. Even the fact that the alledged victim was lying there was no other evidence against this young man, and the Judge gave him 5 years in prison, saying that he had a gut feeling he was guilty and that he was the Judge. Well the audio recordings that I turned over under the ruse of being called as a witness and testifying to the findings of my investigation, Were used to charge me with a serious felony of witness intimidation and retaliation. No threats or verbal insults profanity are found anywhere in the recordings and nothing of the pending up coming trial was ever mentioned. These recordings were made to help exonerate an innocent young man. Neither the alledged victim or her friend ever made any report to Police, that they had felt threatened or in danger by a person who had called them on the phone. The audio recordings were very enlightened to anyone that has listened to them has agreed that the alledged victim and her friend are lying. The innocent young man is still in jail and the lying winches who put him there are out enjoy life and walking the streets. Welcome to Louisiana Justice! Now to point out that the defense attorney, the state investigator and the Prosecutor knew this young man was innocent but still allowed the Police and Court to convict this young man, for the sake of saving the City a major lawsuit against the bigot detectives that were involved in this young man's arrest. On top of that, an audio recording of two police officers talking on their radios the night of the arrest, was played at the trial. The audio recording mentioned that both these officers felt that they might be arresting the wrong suspect, because of the many contradicting statements of the alledged victim made to them at the scene. The arresting detective, never turned any evidence on the case, and carried the alledged victims clothing and other so called evidence that went missing, around in the trunk of his car for four months. This evidence was never turned again, according to the Police property room, no evidence was ever turned in on this entire case. No evidence equals a five year prison sentence? This detective was informed just 3 days after his arrest of this young man, about the conspiracy and motive for the false accusation, he never bothered to investigate,and claimed that he had arrested the right suspect. The real criminals here are the ones who are supposed to be protecting the public, not harring the public. i think my house is haunted. I have a 4 and a half month old little boy and me and my husband all living in a one bedroom flat. when we moved in and ripped up the old carpet that the council had down there was alot of dry blood under it. I recently had to deal with being falsely accused of ual harment in the work place. An investigation was completed after about 1 month and the decision was made which determined the accusations were indeed false and unfounded. My employer continued to have me work in the same department with my accuser as if nothing had happened. Is there some sort of rights or recourse that I have in being falsely accused? Tomorrow is thanksgiving and I will be around the family. I am afraid I will be making everyone sick or nervous. I have acute bronchitis X 2 weeks. I have feel ok except that I cough so much i feel dizzy and my head starts to hurt from the pressure of coughing so hard and long and i hear the congestion but it feels like I can not get it out. When I do the sputum is mostly clear except in the mornings when its yellowish and thick. I feel lightheaded from all the coughing. I have tried Mucinex, Nyquil, cough drops, lots of water, rest, soups, Tylenol plus cold. Nothing is working and I am having trouble sleeping now from all the coughing. What in the world is going on? I usually kick these nasty bugs by now. I do not know how long I should wait before I go back to the doctor and tell him that this is not working. I was not prescribed antibiotics obviously. I dont know if I should go to a primacare of something and see if I have pneumonia. Any advice?

My guy friend and I were walking through the halls at our school and we ran into one of his clmates. People have told us we make a good couple and apparently we act like a couple. I've always wondered why in recent times (last 5 years or so) that ALL of the US reality/talent shows always have that one bad guy British judge, the prime example being American Idol/America's got talent. It is always the British judge's job to be the bad guy and critic. It just boggles me. Why can't Americans take critisism from their own kind. I live in Florida, almost all my life, and I personally love it. Its true its more expensive but its just a completely different culture. I lived in NJ (no offense) for 6 mths and was completely MISERABLE!! Everyone (that I saw) dressed in drab colors and never smiled, no one spoke to eachother, skies were always gray, and it was so cold!!! In FL, its easy to make friends..everyone seems so much happier!! Yes, its harder to get jobs...depending on what your career is. Florida does have a bad rap, but thats only bc people watch the news and only see the bad things...which happen in every state. What about all the good that happens here? You need to make yourself happy!!! There are places here that are cheaper than others...so you just need to think about the area you want to live in. Do some research and go from there. Sorry to say that this deck won't stand a chance against tournament worthy decks. It probably won't stand much of a chance in regular weekly tournaments. It's just so random and isn't a complete machine deck. I'm not an expert at machine decks, but there are better one's out there. You were right to put the gadgets in the deck, but that's the only thing I really saw that belonged there. The new machine decks are like machine OTK. You would need 2 or 3 Jinzo, 3 Cyber Dragon, 3 Cyber Pheonix, Future Fusion, Overload Fusion, 3 Chimeratech Overdragon, 3 Cyber End Dragon, 3 Cyber Twin Dragon, Limiter Removal, 3 of each Gadget, etc. Like I said before, I'm not an expert at it, but this should get you started. How can i get over a bad school experience?

had a really bad experience at school a few years ago and ever since then it feels as if i will never get over it. It was hell going to school and i had a really hard time with the teachers and the other kids at the school, even with my friends. I used to get in trouble at school for drinking because they could smell alcohol on my breath in cl but i used to drink tons of alcohol before school just to make it through the day it was that bad. I used to be really confident and outgoing but after years of putting up with it ive finally left and i quit school, but the problem is i still can't seem to deal with what happened. I can't sleep anymore, i don't eat barely, my skin is breaking out in rashes because i'm so worried and anxious all the time,i'm getting panic attacks, my hairs falling out, i cry non stop even when i'm not sad and i don't like going out anymore, i have turned into a loner because i feel as if i'm safe at home where no one can hurt me and i don't like making friends anymore just in case the same thing happens again.I won't let anyone get close to me anymore, because my last friends who i adored turned against me and even laughed when a few guys and my ex boyfriend who i loved publically beat me up for a joke. I even get wary if my parents get too close to me.I have been to counselling but i find it doesn't help and makes me more depressed. I just want to get over it because it's ruining my life. I don't even talk to any of my old friends or the people from my old school anymore because im too scared to and i even saw one of them and i started having a panic attack, which i get them quite alot now. The difference here is actually quite mive. The UL80AG has an embedded graphics card, which means that it doesn't actually have an entire card dedicated to graphics. Instead, it just has a couple chips on the motherboard for graphics. If you plan to play any kind of games or do anything that entails a lot of media processing, you need a dedicated card or you will have a lot of lag. The dedicated card in the UL80VT is a lot better and will give you a smoother experience overall.

A question about coaxial cable?

I have a kenwood ts-850 and a simple wire dipole in the backyard (up at about 25 feet). Right now im running 300 ohm twinlead (basically lower impedance ladderline) from the antenna to a 1:1 choke balun. Then i run a 50ft length of RG-58/U from the balun to the transceiver. I know for a fact that RG-58/U is fairly lossy (but not horrible) for what i want to use it for (which is again the obvious: Most HF frequencies). This may be a stupid question but, I know that all coaxial cables exibit losses when high power current (or any level of current) is sent through it to the antenna (during transmitting) but when very low power current is ped through (during recieving especially from distant stations) are the losses the same? now i know there will always be a loss in signal due to the inevitable impedance of an imperfect conductor, but will the losses increase with the level of current (transmitting VS receiving) or will the measured losses be identical?....i ask this question because I want to listen to some more distant stations and get better received signal strength without messing with my antenna system
