Country Western Dance (Sadie Hawkins)?

I am on Student Council at my high school. We are having a Sadie Hawkins dance. The theme is country western. Everyone is required to dress up in western apparel. The dance is going to be an activity night also. We would like to break up the monotony of a dance with a couple games. We would like the theme to be carried along in the activities. We have thought of a pie eating contest and that is it so far. Please let me know if you have every had one of these types of dances and any good websites or ideas that I should take a look at.
