World of WarCraft error 132?

This prob happened after the patch. Does it happen every time you go to that place, "Local Zone: Acherus: The Ebon Hold, Plaguelands: The Scarlet Enclave" ? This used to happen to me every time a major patch comes out, 99% of the time an add-on issue. Probably outdated add-on. Disable all the addons and see if it still happens :)
