Can a church fire a catholic preschool teacher for marrying a jew outside of the church?

Well since it's a church - can't it say that the preschool teacher is not a true catholic and not truly practicing catholicism if she marries a jew outside of a church?? And does anyone have experience with this? Would her boss ask her the religion of the man she's marrying and if they are getting married in a church??? And should she change her last name if it's obviously jewish or keep her 'catholic' last name? Do you have to tell the church you're getting married???
