Should i get over this and move on or do i have a right to know everything and expect a real apology?

married 38 years. 10 years ago i found out i had my husband who also has is the only person i've ever been intimate with. . his answer has always been that he doesn't know how he got it. i know this is a crock when i get an outbreak, i am hurt and angry all over again. i love him but i feel such a need to know and be apologized to.
